1. Army cuts in Hawaii seen as 'devastating'

    The military rebalance to the Pacific is "real," and Hawaii is at the crossroads of it, but a potential Army downsizing in Hawaii that would seem to run contrary to that effort is very much a concern, military, business and elected officials said Friday.
