  2. USS Nimitz successfully completes compressed training phase

    Finishing the Tailored Ship's Training Availability and Final Evaluation Problem (TSTA/FEP), Dec. 8, Sailors completed the ship's 180-day, Inter-deployment Training Cycle Basic Phase in only 54 days.

  3. USS Louisville visits Republic of Korea during deployment

    The Los Angeles-class attack submarine arrived at U.S. Fleet Activities Chinhae, Dec. 8 for a routine port visit as part of its deployment to the Indo-Asia-Pacific.

  4. USS Oklahoma City returns home to Guam

    The Los Angeles-class attack submarine returned to its homeport of Apra Harbor, Guam, Dec. 8 following an eight-month engineering overhaul in San Diego, Calif.

  5. Navy accepts delivery of future USS John Finn

    The Navy accepted delivery of the future guided-missile destroyer USS John Finn (DDG 113) from shipbuilder Huntington Ingalls Industries on the 75th anniversary of the attacks on Pearl Harbor, Dec. 7.

  10. Makin Island ARG, 11th MEU depart 7th Fleet
