Meeting to be held for media representatives on Court of Inquiry logistics

U.S. Pacific Fleet Public Affairs

PEARL HARBOR (Feb. 27, 2001) -- A meeting to review the logistics, groundrules, guidelines, media access to the courtroom and Media Pool responsibilities for the USS Greeneville (SSN 772) Court of Inquiry will be held Thursday, March 1, at 9 a.m. at the Navy's Personnel Support Detachment (click here for map) at 650 Center Drive in Pearl Harbor (corner of Kamehameha Highway and Center Drive, just off the H-1 East at the USS Arizona Memorial exit). Parking for this meeting will be on the west side of the building.

Two media representatives from each news organization are invited to attend this initial meeting, preferably a senior member as well as a technical expert so that media needs can be addressed.
