PEARL HARBOR (March 4, 2001) -- The following fact sheet provides a list of individuals currently involved with the Court of Inquiry:

Convening Authority: Adm. Thomas B. Fargo, USN, Pacific Fleet Commander

Court of Inquiry Members: President - Vice Adm. John Nathman, USN, Commander Naval Air Forces United States Pacific Fleet.

Rear Adm. Paul F. Sullivan, USN, Director for Plans and Policy at the U.S. Strategic Command.

Rear Adm. David M. Stone, USN, Commander Cruiser Destroyer Group Five and Commander USS NIMITZ Battle Group.

Rear Adm. Isamu Ozawa, Japan Maritime Self Defense Force, Chief of Staff, Commandant Maizuru District, acting as an advisor and non-voting member to the Court of Inquiry.
