Statement on opportunity to brief Hawaii State Legislature

The Navy would like to thank the members of the Hawaii State Legislature for allowing us to participate in the Dec. 10 Joint Session of Hawaii Committees to address the current water incident in our housing areas. The Navy will continue to work closely with State leaders, Dept. of Health, Honolulu Board of Water Supply, and the Environmental Protection Agency to quickly, and safely, restore a reliable and safe water source to our service members and their families, protect the people of Hawaii, and safeguard the environment.
PEARL HARBOR, Hawaii
