Chief of Naval Operations (CNO) Adm. John Richardson is piped aboard the Arleigh Burke-class guided-missile destroyer USS Benfold (DDG 65) where he spoke with Sailors and engaged commanding officers from the Yokosuka waterfront. Benfold is forward-deployed to the U.S. 7th Fleet area of operations in support of security and stability in the Indo-Pacific region.
