161121-N-UK333-0148 SAN DIEGO (Nov. 21, 2016) – Lt. j.g. Eric Filipowicz, assigned to the Los Angeles-class fast attack submarine USS Scranton (SSN 756), shares the “first kiss” with his wife as the ship arrives at Naval Base Point Loma, in her new homeport of San Diego. Scranton arrived after two years of extensive maintenance at Portsmouth Naval Shipyard in Kittery, Maine and three months operating at sea.
