PYEONGTAEK, Republic of Korea (Nov. 8, 2021) Adm. Samuel Paparo, commander U.S. Pacific Fleet, lays a wreath in honor of the 46 South Korean Sailors who were killed when an enemy torpedo struck ROKS Cheonan on Mar. 26, 2010.
