Buddhist Pennant Flies aboard Navy Ship for First Time

ATLANTIC OCEAN (Sept. 11, 2022) U.S. Navy Chaplain Lt. Saejeong Kim performs a Buddhist Dharma service onboard the guided-missile destroyer USS McFaul (DDG 74), Sept. 11. Kim was commissioned as a Navy Chaplain in 2017 and currently serves with Destroyer Squadron 2 as the only active-duty Buddhist chaplain in the U.S. Navy.
