SUBIC BAY, Philippines (April 17, 2023) Commanding Officer of the Arleigh Burke-class guided-missile destroyer USS Chung-Hoon (DDG 93), Cmdr. Kevin Schaeffer exchanges gifts with Philippine Navy Operations Officer Lt. Cmdr. Randy Garbo assigned to the Phoang-class corvette BRP Conrado Yap (PS 39) aboard Chung-Hoon. USS Chung-Hoon is on a routine deployment to U.S. 7th Fleet and is assigned to Commander, Task Force (CTF 71)/ Destroyer Squadron (DESRON) 15.
