HAGÅTÑA, Guam (July 25, 2022) - Joint Region Marianas Commander Rear Adm. Benjamin Nicholson places a flower at the base of the statue of Santa Marian Kamalen, the patron saint of Guam, during Guam’s 78th Liberation Day parade in Hagåtña, July 21.
