Philippine Navy sailor Observes line handlers aboard USS Robert Smalls

PHILIPPINE SEA (June 15, 2023) Seaman 1st Class Boatswains’s Mate Rhey Baylon, from The Philippines, captures line handlers aboard Ticonderoga-class guided-missile cruiser USS Robert Smalls during a replenishment-at-sea with USNS Carl Brashear (T-AKE 7) in the Philippine Sea, June 15. The Philippines Navy sent Liaison Officers to U.S. warships to exchange maritime logistics operations knowledge in order to strengthen the U.S.–Philippines naval alliance. Robert Smalls is forward-deployed to the U.S. 7th fleet area of operations in support of a free and open Indo-Pacific.
