231125-N-EE352-2048 SOUTH CHINA SEA (Nov. 25, 2023) – Boatswain’s Mate 2nd Class Talgat Marks, from Danville, Pennsylvania, makes announcement over the 1MC in the bridge aboard the Arleigh Burke-class guided-missile destroyer USS Hopper (DDG 70) while conducting routine underway operations.
