USS Rafael Peralta Conducts Port Visit in Ishigaki, Japan

ISHIGAKI, Japan (Mar. 13, 2024) Sailors secure the jackstaff during sea and anchor detail aboard the Arleigh Burke-class guided-missile destroyer USS Rafael Peralta (DDG 115) preparing to depart Ishigaki, Japan after a regularly scheduled port visit. Rafael Peralta is forward-deployed and assigned to Destroyer Squadron (DESRON) 15, the Navy’s largest DESRON and the U.S. 7th Fleet’s principal surface force.
