AGANA, Guam (Oct. 16, 2024) – Acting Under Secretary of the Navy Tom Mancinelli toured Guam by helicopter with Helicopter Sea Combat Squadron (HSC) 25, Oct. 16. During the tour, military leaders briefed Mancinelli on critical defense infrastructure, force readiness, and emerging threats in the Indo-Pacific region.
