The Independence-variant littoral combat ship USS Tulsa (LCS 16) conducts underway operations while sailing in the Pacific Ocean, Nov. 19, 2024. Tulsa, assigned to Littoral Combat Ship Squadron One, is underway in the U.S. 3rd Fleet area of operations conducting advanced tactical training that enhances warfighting capability and tactical proficiency.
