Rear Adm. Guido Valdes, commander, Naval Medical Forces Pacific, and Command Master Chief Jerry Cantorna, gather with Sailors from Expeditionary Medical Facility (EMF) 150-Bravo during a recognition ceremony at Naval Medical Center San Diego, Dec. 11.
