USS Curtis WIlbur conducts VBSS drill in South China Sea

SOUTH CHINA SEA (July 9, 2025) - Sailors conduct a visit, board, search and seizure team drill on the flight deck of the Arleigh Burke-class guided-missile destroyer USS Curtis Wilbur (DDG 54) in the South China Sea, July 9. The Curtis Wilbur is underway in the U.S. 7th Fleet area of operations, demonstrating the U.S. Navy’s unwavering commitment to a free and open Indo-Pacific.
