USS Spruance conducts replenishment-at-sea with USNS Henry J. Kaiser in South China Sea

U.S. Navy Sailors, assigned to Arleigh Burke-class guided-missile destroyer USS Spruance (DDG 111), conduct line handling during a replenishment-at-sea with fleet replenishment oiler USNS Henry J. Kaiser (T-AO-187) in the South China Sea, Dec. 22, 2025. Spruance, assigned to the Abraham Lincoln Carrier Strike Group, is underway conducting routine operations in the U.S. 7th Fleet area of operations. Units assigned to U.S. 7th Fleet conduct regular Indo-Pacific patrols to deter aggression, strengthen alliances and partnerships, and advance peace through strength.
