USS San Diego returns to Sasebo

SASEBO HARBOR (Nov. 7, 2025) Sailors, assigned to San Antonio-class amphibious transport dock ship USS San Diego (LPD 22), man their watch stations while returning to port, Nov. 7. San Diego is underway conducting routine operations in U.S. 7th Fleet. U.S. 7th Fleet, the U.S. Navy’s largest forward-deployed numbered fleet, routinely interacts and operates with allies and partners in preserving a free and open Indo-Pacific region.
