USS Portland, 11th MEU conduct flight ops in Pacific Ocean

A U.S. Marine, with Marine Medium Tiltrotor Squadron (VMM) 163 (Reinforced), 11th Marine Expeditionary Unit, and a U.S. Sailor, assigned to San Antonio-class amphibious transport dock ship USS Portland (LPD 27), carry equipment during flight deck operations in the Pacific Ocean, Feb. 23, 2026.
