PACIFIC OCEAN (April 6, 2026) U.S. Navy Sailors, all assigned to Arleigh Burke-class guided-missile destroyer USS Paul Hamilton (DDG 60), watch aboard Paul Hamilton as the ship's Mark 45 5-inch gun shoots at a target April 6, 2026. Exercises such as Surface Warfare Advanced Tactical Training (SWATT) allow the Sailors of Destroyer Squadron (DESRON) 23 to enhance their capability, warfighting readiness, lethality via the simulation of real-world tactical scenarios that demonstrate the strength and versatility of the U.S. Navy.
