San Antonio-class amphibious transport dock ship USS Portland (LPD 27) conducts small boat operations with a rigid-hull inflatable boat, June 8, 2026. Portland, part of the Boxer Amphibious Ready Group, is underway with the 11th Marine Expeditionary Unit in the U.S. 7th Fleet area of operations.
