U.S. Navy Adm. Steve Koehler, commander, U.S. Pacific Fleet, right, and U.S. Ambassador to Bangladesh Brent T. Christensen render honors during a wreath-laying ceremony at the Skikha Anirban (Eternal Flame) in Dhaka, Bangladesh, Aug. 4, 2026.
