    U.S. Pacific Fleet announces 30th RIMPAC Exercise

    SAN DIEGO — The biennial Rim of the Pacific (RIMPAC) exercise will bring 31 nations in and around the Hawaiian Islands from June 24 to July 31, 2026. The exercise will feature a multinational force of approximately 40 surface ships, 5 submarines, 140 aircraft and more than 25,000 personnel.

    SAN DIEGO -- The U.S. 3rd Fleet and representatives from over 30 partner nations successfully concluded the final planning conference (FPC) for the Rim of the Pacific (RIMPAC) 2026 exercise, held at Naval Base Point Loma Annex in San Diego.
