Williams, from Vallejo, Calif., stands a lookout watch aboard the Arleigh Burke-class guided-missile destroyer USS William P. Lawrence (DDG 110) as it returns to its homeport of Joint Base Pearl Harbor-Hickam, Jan. 11. William P.
