John Aquilino, U.S. Pacific Fleet (PACFLT) commander, welcomes a group of incoming U.S. Naval Academy (USNA) freshmen, or midshipmen fourth class, and selectees for the U.S. Naval Academy Preparatory School (NAPS) to the historic PACFLT boathouse June 5.
