DEDEDO, Guam (May 3, 2020) U.S. Pacific Fleet Commander Adm. John Aquilino tosses a coin to Construction Mechanic 1st Class Bryan Williams, assigned to Navy Expeditionary Medical Support Command, and native of Liverpool, Pennsylvania, as recognition of his efforts to build an Expeditionary Medical Facility (EMF). The EMF will provide expanded medical capabilities in support of DoDʼs COVID-19 response and will enable forces to be postured to support Guam and the region if a Defense Support of Civil Authorities mission is requested.
