SAN DIEGO (Aug. 3, 2020) Vice Adm. Richard Brown, outgoing commander of Naval Surface Force, U.S. Pacific Fleet, (CNSP), delivers remarks during a change of command ceremony for CNSP. During the ceremony, Brown was relieved by Vice Adm. Roy Kitchener. CNSP’s mission is to man, train, and equip the surface force to provide fleet commanders with credible naval power to control the sea and project power ashore.
