NAVAL AMPHIBIOUS BASE CORONADO (Aug. 3, 2020) – Vice Adm. Richard Brown, commander, Naval Surface Force, U.S. Pacific Fleet (CNSP), left, Adm. John C. Aquilino, commander, U.S. Pacific Fleet, center, and Vice Adm. Roy Kitchener, salute during the singing of the National Anthem a change-of-command ceremony for CNSP. During the ceremony, Vice Adm. Richard Brown, was relieved by Vice Adm. Roy Kitchener as CNSP. CNSP’s mission is to man, train, and equip the surface force to provide fleet commanders with credible naval power to control the sea and project power ashore.
