Aquilino, commander, U.S. Pacific Fleet, center, and Vice Adm. Roy Kitchener, salute during the singing of the National Anthem a change-of-command ceremony for CNSP. During the ceremony, Vice Adm. Richard Brown, was relieved by Vice Adm. Roy Kitchener as CNSP.
