The aircraft carrier USS Ronald Reagan (CVN 76), the Ticonderoga class guided-missile cruiser USS Chancellorsville (CG 62) and the Akizuki class destroyer JS Fuyuzuki (DD 118) from the Japan Maritime Self Defense Force sail in formation while conducting a bilateral exercise. Ronald Reagan and Chancellorsville and forward-deployed to the U.S. 7th Fleet area of operations in support of security and stability in the Indo-Pacific region.
