NAVAL BASE GUAM (Sept. 27, 2019) Col. Lim Yu Chuan, Commander of the first flotilla and commanding officer of 185 squadron, Republic of Singapore Navy, addresses personnel from the Republic of Singapore and U.S. navies during the opening ceremony of Pacific Griffin 2019. Pacific Griffin is a biennial exercise conducted in the waters near Guam aimed at enhancing combined proficiency at sea while strengthening relationships between the U.S. and Republic of Singapore navies.
