TINIAN, Commonwealth of the Northern Marianas Islands (Nov. 1, 2018) Sailors assigned to the U.S. Navy’s Naval Mobile Construction Battalion 1 place an emergency power generator at a de-energized location during recovery operations following Typhoon Yutu.
