JAKARTA, Indonesia (August 12th, 2018) - Petty Officer 2nd Class Herman Syah (left), and Petty Officer 1st Class Sudarsano, (middle), of the Indonesian Navy, and Electronics Techinician 2nd Class Andrew Slabaugh, aasigned to Commander, Task Force 73 (CTF73), work together as part of Combined Enterprise Regional Exchange (CENTRIX), at 1st Fleet Training Command, in Jakarta, Indonesia, during Cooperation Afloat Readiness (CARAT), Indonesia. CARAT Indonesia, in its 24th iteration, is designed to enhance information sharing and coordination, build mutual warfighting capability and support long-term regional cooperation enabling both partner armed forces to operate effectively together as a unified maritime force.
