180202-N-TW634-020 SAN DIEGO (Feb. 2, 2018) The Los Angeles-class fast attack submarine USS Annapolis (SSN 760) arrives in her new homeport at Naval Base Point Loma. USS Annapolis is the fourth ship to be named for Annapolis, Md., site of the U.S. Naval Academy. She arrived after two years of extensive maintenance at Portsmouth Naval Shipyard in Kittery, Maine and three months operating at sea.
