AT SEA (August 30, 2017) Members of the Philippine Naval Special Operations Group approach USNS Millinocket (T-EPF 3) while participating in Visit, Board, Search and Seizure (VBSS) training during South East Asia Cooperation and Training (SEACAT) 2017 in waters off the coast of Puerto Princesa, Philippines, Aug. 30. 2017 is the 16th annual SEACAT exercise and includes participants from the U.S. Coast Guard and Coast Guards and Coastal Patrol Agencies from the Philippines, Singapore, Vietnam, Malaysia, and Indonesia.
