161009-N-XM324-090 SOUTH CHINA SEA (Oct. 9, 2016) Marines, assigned to the 31st Expeditionary Unit (MEU), embark the well deck of the amphibious transport dock ship USS Green Bay (LPD 20) in combat rubber raiding craft (CRRC) during Philippine Landing Exercise 33 (PHIBLEX).
