160316-N-HA376-026 BUSAN, Republic of Korea (March 16, 2016) - U.S. Navy Cmdr. Jetter Riggs, assigned to Commander Task Force 75 (CTF 75), briefs Vice Adm. Joseph Aucoin, commander, U.S. 7th Fleet, during a tour of CTF 75’s command tent during exercise Foal Eagle 2016. Aucoin visited to see the various expeditionary facilities built by U.S. Navy and ROK Seabees during the exercise. Foal Eagle is an annual, bilateral training exercise designed to enhance the readiness of U.S. and ROK forces, and their ability to work together during a crisis.
