231110-N-TD381-1394 PHILIPPINE SEA (Nov. 10, 2023) Ships from the Japan Maritime Self-Defense Force, Royal Australian Navy, Royal Canadian Navy and United States Navy sail in formation during Annual Exercise (ANNUALEX) 2023.
