Quartermaster 3rd Class Edward Wheeling, from Stafford, Virginia, stands on the bridgewing aboard the Arleigh Burke-class guided-missile destroyer USS Dewey (DDG 105) as the ship arrives in Visakhapatnam, India, Oct. 8 for Exercise Malabar 2024. Malabar 24 is a combined field training exercise with the Royal Australian Navy, Indian Navy, Japan Maritime Self-Defense Force and U.S. Navy participants.
