Abraham Lincoln conducts a replenishment-at-sea with USNS Cesar Chavez

241203-N-NH911-1175 PHILIPPINE SEA (Dec. 3, 2024) Sailors receive and transport cargo from an MH-60S Sea Hawk helicopter, attached to Helicopter Sea Combat Squadron (HSC) 14, on the flight deck of the Nimitz-class aircraft carrier USS Abraham Lincoln (CVN 72) during a replenishment-at-sea with the Lewis and Clark-class dry cargo ship USNS Cesar Chavez (T-AKE 14). Abraham Lincoln, flagship of Carrier Strike Group Three, is underway conducting routine operations in the U.S. 7th Fleet area of operations. U.S. 7th Fleet is the U.S. Navy’s largest forward-deployed numbered fleet, and routinely interacts and operates with allies and partners in preserving a free and open Indo-Pacific region.
