Wilson Marks, commander, Naval Surface and Mine Warfighting Development Center (SMWDC) and Capt. Steven McDowell, director, Surface Advanced Warfighting School (SAWS) participate in a ribbon cutting ceremony marking the establishment of the new SAWS schoolhouse.
